Did you know the Mirabelle Plum is one native to France, and is enjoyed in jams, jellies, baked products and even fruit brandy? Well neither did we, but thought we’d share just a few ideas of what to do with the plums, and other fruits found growing on the trees in Mirabelle Gardens, directly outside our latest listing, à là Alexander Rose Estates.
The balcony however, gives a more elevated view over the Gardens, and can be enjoyed saluting the morning sun, coffee in hand, or as a cosy spot to raise a glass to in the evenings.
Heading back indoors, the early riser theme continues, and with vibrant accent walls complimenting custom splashbacks along the full length and fully integrated open plan kitchen, this is a space where creativity runs free. But why stop there? A well thought out layout delivers a bedroom and bathroom (one en suite) on either side of the living space, allowing a guest bedroom, home office or whatever else sparks your creativity. Clever storage options make good use of the 740 sq ft+ floorplan, and features such as zoned underfloor heating, video intercom and even a private residents’ podium garden await.
Within walking distance you’ll find a dentists, GP and health centre, creative space, post and packaging shop, well as E20’s very own array of on- site bars, restaurants, homeware shops and gyms. East Village is also within envious proximity to the shopping, restaurants and entertainment of Westfield Stratford, the serene tranquility of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and the sporting venues used during the 2012 Olympic Games – the Olympic Velodrome, Aquatic Centre, Copper Box Arena, and many more.
Secure undercroft parking is available via separate negotiation, though unrivalled connectivity to London and the World from Stratford Underground, Overground, DLR and Stratford International Rail Stations means you are at London City Airport within 25 mins. East Village is also bordered by the Loughborough, University of East London and Birkbeck university campuses, with a new site for University College London being incorporated into the East Bank development, completing 2023, which will also be home to the world famous Sadler’s Wells East Theatre, London College of Fashion, V&A East and BBC music studios.
The proof’s in the (plum) pudding.
