At Alexander Rose Estates, we believe success is measured by the impact we have on those around us. That’s why we actively engage with our local community, not just in property, but in education, mentorship, and open discussions about the housing market.
We’ve had the privilege of giving back at events like the Mossbourne Riverside Academy Summer Fair, where we sponsored the face painting (and even got one ourselves!), connected with local kids and celebrated the spirit of togetherness. Community isn’t just about where you live—it’s about the relationships you build along the way.
Inspiring the next generation is a core part of our mission. Whether it’s attending Chobham Academy’s Careers Fair, speaking with SEND students at Barking & Dagenham College, or having honest conversations with young adults at New City College in Tower Hamlets, we’re passionate about sharing knowledge, supporting aspirations, and even swapping ideas over drawing DragonBall Z characters! Each one, teach one.
Beyond education, we’re also part of bigger conversations. We’ve taken our insights to TalkTV, discussing stamp duty cuts, rising interest rates, and the state of the market with industry experts. By engaging in these discussions, we ensure that buyers, renters, and homeowners have the knowledge they need to navigate the ever-changing property landscape.
Strong believers in collaboration, not competition, we were interviewed on our journey by our partners at the Black Business Magazine - a quarterly celebrating trailblazers and innovators within the community - and were humbled to grace a double spread in the same edition that featured Forbes 2025 Power List #1 Dean Forbes on it’s cover.
(“Meeting of the Minds”, a conversation series in partnership with Des Amey Finance, we provide valuable insights into property investment, finance, and market trends, ensuring that our clients and community are always informed.)
