Perched on the fourth floor and overlooking the private podium gardens, this particular location in the building makes absolute sense. The recessed balcony offers privacy and protection from the elements, and due to the building not being overlooked,- also allows for some cool views towards the Olympic Velodrome, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wanstead flats and more, and can be enjoyed both from outside, or the warmth of indoors. There's definitely a lot to say about this one bed apartment, but even more to see.
